Sofi is also the author of a successful trilogy about Elsa, set in the fashion world: "Elsas mode, Elsas varld, " and "Elsas hemlighet." She resides in Stockholm, Sweden and Geneva, Switzerland.
Julia Fors is a health editor of the Swedish health and lifestyle magazine "Wellness." She is an educated nutrition coach and runs one of Sweden's biggest health blogs "Wellness med julia." She resides in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Inspirational and informative for ladies of any age.

Simple concepts, good tips, gorgeous pictures, nice quality book. Nothing earth shattering inside this book, but it does contain sound information for getting, and staying, fit and healthy. Solid, simple and sound is really the best option anyway, as earth shattering tends to be unsustainable. This book has a solid foundation in health and fitness, as well as navigating real life situations while maintaining good behaviors. The exercises are well demonstrated and effective for a strong, stable body. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and as such I have many books on the topic. I found this book to be a very easy read with simple directions for becoming each persons version of "Strong and Sexy". The book contains real life options for snacks and meals containing delicious tricks and tips, without the long winded recipe section (who really follows them anyway?). The quality of the book is "coffee table ready", as the pages are shiny and thick, and the pictures are vivid and gorgeous. It is a real pleasure to look through, and a very easy read or reference guide. Although the two women who wrote this book are relatively young, this information can span through
generations. No crazy advice here, just a solid, simple guide to motivate one on their path to a "beach ready body", or just the best body they desire. Smart and inspirational book that spans all ages.

Very inspiring with great pictures. I like that they teach you how to exercise anywhere and that twenty min can be enough. Food wise great simple recipes that I can't believe I haven't thought about. They make me believe I can do this!
